
Garlic and Corn Roti
Ingredients
1 cup corn flour
3 tablespoons chopped coriander
1 teaspoon chopped green chillies
2 teaspoons chopped garlic
1 tablespoon oil
Salt, to taste
Rice flour, for rolling
Oil, for cooking
For serving
Fresh curd
Procedure
In a deep bowl, combine all the ingredients, add enough warm water, and knead to make a soft dough.
Divide the dough into 6 equal portions, roll each portion into a 125 mm (5”) diameter circle using rice flour.
Heat a non-stick pan and fry each roti with a little oil until golden brown on both sides.
Serve hot with fresh curd.
