The Swan Queen
Introduction I love this painting shared by The Enchanted Booklet on Facebook here This is a freeform poem consisting of tercets with five-syllable lines, without deliberate rhymes. I was looking for a more formal construct, but this fell into place, and so I thought I would leave it as is.

Become A Vocal Facebook Group Member And Bathe In The Positivity
Although this is a positive post about the positivity of being a Vocal Creator, many are attracted by the possible prizes from the Challenges. The bad news is that this is effectively a lottery , you pay your ten dollars a month, you can enter your stories and the chances are it will not even be in the top three no matter how good your story is. However you get paid for reads and the 0.4c a read goes up to almost 0.7c a read for a Vocal+ member. Again the bigger your reader base and following the more you will get but I am not going into that there are plenty of better advisers on getting seen and SEO and here is my own piece. As a Vocal+ member you can withdraw when you hit $20 instead of the $35 for basic Vocal members.

Reading Orlam
Introduction For my birthday I got the Polly Jean Harvey book "Orlam". I was a little confused about it at first, but now it has revealed itself to me and I am enjoying exploring the worlds and magical mythical creatures and people that are described here.

Charlotte Gainsbourg - IRM
I first came across the name Gainsbourg when Charlotte’s dad Serge released “Je T’Aime . Moi Non-Plus” with Jane Birkin which was banned by the BBC for being too naughty. The music was quite pleasant but Serge was never bothered about stepping on moral toes, recording and releasing the song “Lemon Incest” with his daughter. There are several copies on Youtube if you want to investigate and it entered the French charts and number seven peaking at number two, It appeared on Serge’s album “Love on the Beat” in 1985 and Charlotte’s debut album “Charlotte Forever” in 1986.
