
American singer and songwriter Neil Leslie Diamond has sold over 130 million records all over the globe and became one of the best selling musicians of all time. In 1984 he was inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame, and in 2011 the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. In 2018 Diamond received the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award.
“Brooklyn Roads” is a song that was recorded and written by Diamond in 1968. It is featured on his album Velvet Gloves and Spit. The song reflects on Diamond's childhood experiences growing up in Brooklyn, New York. It captures themes of nostalgia and longing, showcasing his signature storytelling style.
“Cherry Cherry” is a 1966 song that was written, composed, and recorded by Diamond. It became his first big hit charting on both the Billboard Hot 100 and Cash Box charts. A live recording of the song was featured on his live album Hot August Night in 1972.

The song charted on the Billboard Hot 100 and Easy Listening charts. It was used as the first long-distance dedication on American Top 40 on the show aired on August 26, 1978.
“Forever in Blue Jeans” is a song recorded by Diamond which he co-wrote with his guitarist Richard Bennett. It is featured on his 1979 album You Don’t Bring Me Flowers”. The song charted on both the Billboard Hot 100 and Easy Listening charts.
“Girl You’ll Be a Woman Soon” is a song that was recorded and written by Diamond, reaching the Top Ten on the US pop singles chart. The song enjoyed popularity once more when it was featured in the 1994 film “Pulp Fiction”
“I Am...I Said” is a song that was recorded and written by Neil Diamond. It came out as a single in 1971 charting on the US pop singles chart as well as the UK pop singles chart.
“I’m a Believer” is a song that was recorded and written by Diamond in 1967. It became a big hit featured on his album Just for You. The song was a great smash for the American rock band The Monkees and became one of their biggest hits. In 1979 Diamond re-recorded the song for his album September Morn. Another revival for the song came when the band Smash Mouth recorded their version for the animated film “Shrek”.
“Play Me" is a song that was released and recorded by Diamond in 1972. It is featured on his album Moods. The song charted on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. It was listed by Billboard as number 27 of his best 30 songs.
“Solitary Man” is a song recorded by Diamond in 1966. According to Rolling Stone magazine, "'Solitary Man” remains the most brilliantly efficient song in the Diamond collection.
“Sweet Caroline” is a song that was written and performed by Diamond. The song charted on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and was certified Gold by the RIAA. It was also the first of his 58 entries on the US Easy Listening chart that rose to number three. After he performed the song on several TV shows it charted on the UK Singles chart.
