“Oh my, thank you very much you're a lifesaver” she says with a sigh of relief while she tries to turn to see the face of her helper.

“It’s nothing, just helping a damsel in distress” Nathan Donovan replied from behind.

She turned to match a face with the most sexy masculine voice she had ever heard. She was speechless, she was in awe. She has never seen a man so fine and clean as the male figure standing before her.

Nathan Donovan is a young man in his late twenties, about 6 feet tall, with a chiselled jawline, a Grecian nose, and hazel eyes that look so cute like that of a baby. His dark hair was given a clean and perfect cut that matched his beautiful face. His fair complexion just made him stand out. His smile will make any lady lose composure, the maker took time to create him.

Everything he was wearing screams luxury, A navy blue Armani sweater that perfectly fits his body type, underneath the sweater a white starched shirt from Louis Vuitton, paired with his perfect size Versace cinnamon brown chinos trousers just above a well polished black leather booth from Prada.

On his wrist is seated a silver Rolex watch, a simple leather belt yet expensive used to secure his trousers on his waist and his cologne scents so heavenly. His presence screams elegance, confidence and authority yet there is something that makes him approachable and humble.

“I know you,” Bella tells Nathan

“Yeah” he replied while smiling

“Dr…,” she tried to remember his name

“Dr Nathan Donovan” he quickly helped her

“Yeah, Dr Nathan, it's nice to see you again,” she said to him while stretching her hand out to shake and simultaneously smiling.

“Likewise, you’re looking better” he stretches his hand out to shake her back.

“I mean, thank you for taking good care of me at the hospital,” Bella tells him while she keeps smiling.

“I was just doing my job as a doctor” He replied.

“You look different from when you're in the hospital wearing a scrub” she quickly chipped in.

“I get that a lot, but hope it's a good difference though” he replied to her while he chuckled.

“Yeah. Thank goodness I have good eyes, I wouldn't have recognized you” she playfully tells him.

“I would have loved to chitchat a bit longer but I have to quickly run, I am late for my shift at the hospital. I just wanted to grab something to drink” he says to her like someone who is in a hurry

“Oh! It's fine, it was nice to meet you again” she replied to him with a little bit of disappointment

“Yeah, can I have your phone number, so I can call you, I want to continue this conversation another day” he says while he stretches his phone to her.

“Yeah sure” She collected the phone and dialed her number.

After she had dialled the number, she stretched out her hand to return the phone, he did the same by stretching out his hand to collect the phone from her and then bid her goodbye.

She continued to stare at him while he walked away. She could still perceive his cologne even though he had left her presence for over 20 seconds. She had already daydreamed about them in her head, she was already in her fantasy world and then a fellow shopper bumped into her.

“Oh! I'm so sorry” The older man stopped to apologize to Bella.

“It's fine” she replied to the man while she smiled.

Bella picked up the remaining things she wanted to buy and headed for the cashier area to pay for the things she bought. It was already noon.

She was standing outside the mall waiting for the cab she ordered for. She was still lost in thought thinking about Nathan Donovan whom she didn’t even know when her best friend Rikky walked up to her and had been standing there for over 10 seconds.

“Bella” Rikky called out her name.

“OMG! Geez you startled me” Bella outcries

“Where were you? Do you know how long I’ve been standing here?” She playfully tells Bella her.

“How long? My soul almost jumped out of my body” Bella replied Rikky while she laughed.

“For over 10 seconds. Wait! don’t tell me you’re still thinking about that scumbag?” Rikky quickly switched to a more serious mood.

“No way, I just zoned out for just a few seconds thinking of something else” Bella quickly agitated

“Something or someone” Rikky teases Bella

“Something! Don’t put words in my mouth geez. What are you even doing here?” Bella quickly changed the topic of discussion

“To shop” she playfully replied Bella.

“You came to the mall yesterday right,” Bella asked

“Yes I did, forgot sausage. Wanted to make breakfast this morning and found out that I didn’t pick any yesterday” she replied Bella.

“Ok,” Bella replied.

They had a little chitchat for a few minutes, and Bella’s taxi arrived.

“Are we still hanging out tomorrow?” Bella asks Rikky while she enters the back seat of the cab.

It was a Black Toyota Corolla, 2015 model.

“Yeah, we are” Rikky replied.

“Just wanted to be sure, one emergency might just appear from nowhere” Bella teases Rikky.

“Huhh… you know me too well, but I can never trade you for any man” she teases Bella back

They both laughed and said their goodbyes.

Rikky entered the mall while Bella's cab drove off. While inside the cab, Bella had alone time to fantasize about Nathan Donovan. But then a thought came to her head

“what is wrong with me? Why am I drooling over this guy? I just came out of a heartbreak that took me to the hospital, I shouldn’t be doing this, Bella get a grip of yourself” she muffled to herself. She finally arrived at her house.
