The Reaility of Connection to Each Other

By Cheryl A Nocera Published about 9 hours ago 3 min read

We are all connected to each other by feelings and touch. Our hearts feels the energy around us and others. When our hearts are open we can begin to love.

When you think of power and electricity we think of electronics or plugging a wire into a plug. We never think of us, the Earth, Earth's magnetic field, or our environment. Even the sun, moon, and lightning has electricity.

Let's talk about connection. When you are outside alone in your own environment do you feel connected to something? Do you feel connected to the trees, grass, flowers, animals running around, or water you are near? Or possibly a person that is near? I hope your answer is yes. Because if not try to work on that. You should feel something. I know when I am surrounded by all of those things I feel it. I am drawn to it. There is nothing more powerful than hearing the ocean waves crash, while feeling the sun beaming on me. Or if I am around trees and grass I feel calm.

How can I feel what others feel? This is where quieting the mind works. You have to get rid of all of the chaos that goes on in your mind when being in nature. Take a vacation from your stress during this time. Feel what is around you. If you go for a walk relax your shoulders, do not take the stress with you, let it go, and enjoy what is around you. Breathe. Take a few deep breaths, and breathe out until you cannot breathe out anymore. Put your mind in a great place to feel and relax.

Check this out the same letters in the earth spell heart. Wow!!!!! The word evolve also has the word love. So evolve while you are walking on the Earth. Love while you are walking on the Earth. Connect!!!! Make connections to the beautiful things it has to offer. Earth is where you live, and will thrive you just have to reach out and connect.

The more connected you become the more openings you will find. The fire inside of you is the power from your guy that comes up, and out. Try to practice everyday making the flame get higher and higher in you, so it can radiate great things. The definition for radiate energy to emit or send out energy. We are energy so let's turn that energy into light so it radiates good. Watch what happens.

Why is it important to be connected to each other? Because we are present and connecting to someone or something else it is great. Have you ever been drawn to someone and not know why, but you just were? That is a great feeling. I love making new friends and having my other friends, while still creating an energy field to expand and make other's feel safe. I love when animals come to me, because this is a particular kind of energy they sense. Quick story: There was a dog one day my friend and I were sitting on a rock, and he came over and sat down with us. The owner was shocked, because she said he does not like people, but he felt safe with us.

Try to become as connected as you can be. I promise you it will be the best thing you have done. When you get out and allow yourself to feel the calm, and connect to others. Even if your life at home is a total crap show you will find a way to tune it out. I like to call the noise, or chatter. None of us can stop what comes our way. We cannot control others, and what they do. We cannot control what has been done. We can only control how we are inside and out.

Everyday make a point to look at the sky whether it be day or night. Make a connection with the sun, moon, and stars. Sometimes even watching the clouds is relaxing. I used to see what I could see in the clouds. What animal or shape do I see in the clouds? This is so fun, and relaxing. The sky is great.

Get connected with the environment.
