Meet the Jackson family ,The Jacksons are an incredibly authentic influencer family with over 338,000 followers on Instagram. They have an undeniable faith like no other . Did I mention every member of the family are comedians , especially baby Judah!

The trajectory of the Jackson Family changed forever on August ,9 2020.

A harmless trip to the Park took a terrible , terrible turn .

Momma Verlonda decided to take the children for some much needed fresh air . After all being confined to the home to a trip to the parked. Truth is , they just got a New pet a dog named Teddy so it was going to be a family fun adventure!

In various videos on their Instagram page , she informes followers of what took place that day . August 9, 2020

“We’ve been going to this park for some years now, and the children never pay attention to the lake. They never go in and I never even thought it was an option for them,” Verlonda explained to us. “So as we were walking the trail, the kids were taking off ahead on their scooters, I noticed a pit bull swimming in the lake and thought it was so cool.”

That’s when Verlonda had the idea to find out if their new puppy could swim. She yelled ahead to grab her kids attention as they were slightly ahead. They have a rule where they must be either close enough where they can be seen and or hear them but not any further. The kids returned and squealed with joy as they watched their newest family member Teddy take to water like a fish.

She continues ,

“The kids took off again on their scooters around a bend and were no longer in my eye view,” Verlonda recalled. “My dog stopped to do his business in the grass and just that quick I heard a scream. I knew it was my daughter but I didn’t rush to her because she is ‘drama ’ so I’m thinking she fell off her scooter and scraped her knee.”

Unfortunately, her daughter was screaming after watching her baby brother Judah walk too far out into the lake and slip under the water.

“So by the time I got there, there’s just this limitless lake. It looks huge. And I’m trying to make this connection in my brain that my baby, my baby who was just on his scooter, is at the bottom of this lake,” Verlonda told us. “I’m splashing around, not really doing much of anything as I have no idea where to look, and I don’t see him.”

Thankfully someone watching this unfortunate event unfold called 911 to which police responded extremely quickly. A man on a boat in the lake tipped police off to where he thought he saw Judah go under which allowed police to dive under the water and pull Judah back out onto land.

This family has continued to remain hopeful despite the many trial and tribulations that have faced .

Judah is activ working hard on his recovery from his near-drowning accident through therapy, prayer and community. Verlonda is using her platform to raise awareness about her son’s impairments and his journey forward while also highlighting the struggles of being a parent to a paediatric brain injury survivor.

Baby Judah has an amazing testimony , he will be a walking testimony how much prayer and faith really work.

His name will be mentioned in rooms of opportunities, He will be talking and walking on stages speaking of how merciful God worked through his life.

He will be screaming over roof tops !

I got my legs and I can walk

November 8th, 2021 (Today)

I haven’t been on social media for the day , the first thing I see is from my favourite online family. The Jackson Family Values.

Momma Verlonda shared a picture that literally had me in tears and in complete shock. In the caption she shared that her son Judah is no longer here.

it writes,

“ Sweet baby , Mommy tried. I tried everything . I drove myself crazy trying to save you over the last 15 months… and it was worth it . A mothers love is always worth it . I was willing to risk it all to see you make it … and you were making it . You were progressing So well, and then, without warning , and like a thief in the night , God snatched you away …….. Rest Peacefully, beautiful boy. I’m so sorry 💔

Truth is I initially started this piece to enter into the Vocal Challenge and had it in my drafts and never entered or posted it . It was written in the sense of faith and hope that Judah was thriving . It is truly devastating . May you rest peacefully Judah, you were so strong, smart , warrior , happy boy ,and loved by many. My deepest condolences to the Jackson Family. No one may have known the pain Judah was in but watching his parents , especially mother was truly devastating.
