How does it work?
That indeed was a micro with plenty to say in just 20 words. 👏👏👏 Marvelous work!!!
Lol, that's EXACTLYYYYYYY how humans view chicken, cow, pig, etc. We see them as animals but they see them as food
This whole series of stories is so interesting! It's uncomfortable (which is a good thing) but so powerful!

There are so many untapped uses of this incredible resource. It’s become my go to for everything these past months and today I realised it may have another.

It’s a well-known fact that Liza Dufresne was always the brains in the family. She was the one who always came up with the brilliant schemes the Dufresne kids carried out when they were younger. Like when they tricked Mrs. Claybourn into paying for a trip to Disney World. Liza convinced her that their parents had been kidnapped and were being held for ransom for the total price of three tickets. In reality, they were away on a weekend getaway for their anniversary. When they returned, Liza told the Claybourns that they did not like to talk about the ordeal. Their parents never found out how they got the money. Mrs. Claybourn never found out that the Dufresne parents were never really in any danger.

The first spark appeared beneath her heel. Lina almost missed it. She had been walking home the same way she always did—head down, earbuds in, the long gravel path cutting between the dark field and the empty parking lot. It was late, but not dangerously so. The sky held that deep blue that feels suspended, as if night hasn’t fully claimed it yet.

If you have ever heard a tale about yourself that you cannot remember and doubtless think is made up, you will know how I felt when Tharkin related all that the eagle had seen of me before my memories were scattered. Of far distances and traveling companions that I did not recall, camping out under the stars and making our way to the mountains with deliberate purpose. The great bird had lost contact with my party once we entered the forests, and the seven other members were not seen again by him or his brethren since.
