Once upon a time, in a dark and twisted forest, there lived a terrible creature known as the **Tooth Fairy**.

She was not the benevolent fairy of children's dreams, but a monstrous creature with sharp teeth and claws. She would sneak into children's bedrooms at night, while they slept, and steal their teeth. If they woke up, she would tear them to shreds with her sharp claws.

One night, the Tooth Fairy came to the cottage of a poor woodcutter and his wife. They had a young daughter named Ella, who was the most beautiful and kind-hearted girl in the forest.

Ella was sleeping soundly in her bed when the Tooth Fairy crept into her room. The Tooth Fairy opened her mouth wide, revealing her sharp teeth, and reached for Ella's teeth.

But Ella woke up just in time. She saw the Tooth Fairy's hideous face and screamed in terror.

The Tooth Fairy was startled by Ella's scream, and she dropped her teeth. Ella quickly grabbed her teeth and ran out of her room.

The Tooth Fairy was furious. She chased after Ella, but the little girl was too fast for her. Ella ran into the forest and hid behind a tree.

The Tooth Fairy searched for Ella for hours, but she couldn't find her. Finally, she gave up and returned to her home in the forest.

Ella was terrified, but she knew that she couldn't stay in the cottage. The Tooth Fairy would be back for her.

Ella ran through the forest until she came to a clearing. In the middle of the clearing was a small cottage. Ella knocked on the door, and an old woman opened it.

"Can I help you, child?" the old woman asked.

"The Tooth Fairy is after me," Ella said. "Please help me."

The old woman took Ella inside the cottage and gave her food and water.

"You're safe here," the old woman said. "The Tooth Fairy can't come here."

Ella stayed with the old woman for several days. She was safe, but she was still afraid of the Tooth Fairy.

One day, Ella was playing in the forest when she saw the Tooth Fairy. The Tooth Fairy saw Ella too, and she started chasing her.

Ella ran as fast as she could, but the Tooth Fairy was faster. Just when the Tooth Fairy was about to catch Ella, she tripped over a tree root and fell to the ground.

Ella stopped running and turned to face the Tooth Fairy. The Tooth Fairy was furious. She got to her feet and lunged at Ella.

Ella closed her eyes and braced for impact. But the impact never came.

Ella opened her eyes and saw that the old woman was standing between her and the Tooth Fairy. The old woman was holding a wooden staff in her hand.

"Back away, demon!" the old woman shouted.

The Tooth Fairy snarled at the old woman, but she didn't dare advance.

"This child is under my protection," the old woman said. "If you harm her, I will destroy you."

The Tooth Fairy turned and ran away.

The old woman turned to Ella and smiled.

"You're safe now, child," she said.

Ella hugged the old woman tightly.

"Thank you," she said. "You saved my life."

Ella stayed with the old woman for many years. She learned from the old woman how to use magic to protect herself from the Tooth Fairy and other evil creatures.

When Ella was grown up, she left the old woman's cottage and returned to her village. She used her magic to protect the villagers from the Tooth Fairy and other evil creatures.

The Tooth Fairy never dared to return to the village. Ella lived a long and happy life, and she was always remembered as the girl who defeated the Tooth Fairy.
