Anders Hove returns to General Hospital as Caesar Faison
The villain may show up in one of two ways.

How will Faison manefest?
Some General Hospital viewers have suspected for a while that Anders Hove might return, and Soap Opera Digest has confirmed this to be true. Fans know that Cesaer Faison is dead and his brain is in a jar.
If the soap writers bring him back to life, this will disappoint those who are loyal to the ABC soap. Some have said Faison returning from the dead would be too far-fetched.
Anna Devane heard his voice on Friday after she had previously hallucinated seeing Leisl Obrecht. The voices said Be at peace, Anna,” “You’re on your way to a new life.”
Is Anna being gaslighted
This may be a plot between Sidwell, Pascal, and WSB director Callum to gaslight Agent Devane rather than kill her. A package showed up in December containing the novel The Crystalline Conspiracy, which was written by Faison and published under his pen name, P.K. Sinclair.
The book was accompanied by a note stating “For my muse — C.” Britt Westbourne's medication also had a note signed "C." After Callum was introduced, some GH viewers assumed that he was the mysterious C but now it's not so clear.
General Hospital appears to be going down the path of Anna believing she is insane. If her captors free her and she tells her story, no one will believe her.

Will Brennan save the day?
Brennan seems to distrust his superior, so perhaps at some point, he may figure out that Callum is a double agent. In the meantime, Sidwell and his partners in crime are determined to keep Ms. Daavne off of their trail.
They will have double trouble because in addition to Brennan, there is Valentin Cassadine, who is on the loose. This storyline will become more convoluted with many twists and turns before it is concluded.
Adding to Anna's misery is the fact that she saw one of Faison's cigarillos lit in an ashtray. She also was bleeding from the nose, indicating that her health is in jeopardy.
There are too many players
How far is General Hospital willing to take this storyline? Would they allow Anna to be completely destroyed? She thinks she is in Europe because Pascal onyl speaks French to her. There is so much confusion surrounding her, and in the midst, Emma Scorpio Drake believes her grandmother has abandoned her.
What do you think, General Hospital fans? Is Faison alive and running the show? If he is still living, is Briit aware, and what about Nathan, who has lost seven years of his life?
Where has he been, and how did he end up driving down a road in Port Charles when he had a wreck? There are a lot of loose ends and they will not all be tied up by the February sweeps.
There are too many players in this saga, and fans know that someone will possibly lose their life, but who? Will it be Sidwell, his son Marco Rios or Psacal? Perhaps it will be Callum or Faison for a second time.
Who will survive this ordeal?
When the entire truth is revealed, this will affect the relationships between Britt and Jason and Carly and Jack. Could this disastrous situation lead to Anna and Valentin reuniting?
Spoilers say Callum will be in Prot Charles for a while, so there are more layers to come in this storyline. Carly is spying on Jack for Valentin, and Joss is still working for Brennan even though Vaughn was reassigned.
Jason is falling for Britt, and he may have to save her, Carly, Joss, and Anna. Be watching for spoiler alerts and updates as they become available. Be sure to tune in to General Hospital on Monday to learn more about how Anders Hove will return as Caesar Faison. Will it be in the flesh or onyl an illusion? Time will tell.
