On March 4th of this year, Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie announced that he had inked a new partnership deal with Afrosino Century Gardens Estate. He was to become a brand ambassador for them.

He announced this news via social media where he wrote:

That's what Yul wrote. What he DIDN’T write or announce that day was that he himself would be getting a place in this luxury estate.

Oh yes, the prolific actor along with the brand ambassadorship deal also got a place in the estate and has since then been showing off his new crib all over social media.

Yul Edochie’s mansion has become the envy of many Nigerians online. The house comes complete with a lush garden made of synthetic grass which means that it doesn’t need to constantly be tendered, cut, and taken care of. It will ALWAYS look perfect and lush.

In addition, the inside of the house comes with a remarkable fire place, something that is hardly found in most Nigerian homes. The tile work on the floor is immaculate, the wallpaper and paint job is pristine – the house is remarkable to look at.

Also catching the eye of people is the way the house is accessorized. The arrangement of Yul’s awards, décor, and shiny adornments are well done and placed in a way where they are conspicuous without taking away from the general aesthetic of the house. The person who gets full credit for the interior decoration according to Yul is no other than his wife May Yul Edochie who also posts the house and the activities that go on in the house especially birthdays onto her social media.

Outside, the surrounding neighborhood is equally as pristine. With good roads, high security, sanitation as a priority, and a lovely ambience, Yul Edochie really lucked out with this one and it is highly deserved. The actor has really made a star of himself. When he first stepped onto the scene, he was known majorly as the good-looking son of Nollywood icon, Pete Edochie. But ever since he first landed on the scene, he has gone on to make a name for himself and has become a household name and brand all by himself.

We are so proud of Yul Edochie and I am not ashamed to say that I am really jealous of his house!
