Manvat Murders Review
Now if I want to review Manvat Murders for you in one line, then I would just say that it is Below Average to average.

Reading reviews is a good thing but not subscribing after reading the review is not a good thing. Good night.
Like South movies, the content of Marathi movies is also very solid and different but the number of web series coming from the Marathi industry is very low, that's why I was very excited to watch Manvat Murders. Let's try something different which is released on SonyLiv. I watched it completely, now what is my path, let's find out.
Well, Manvat Murders is a show inspired by a real incident. The story is from 1972 and you get to see a village called Manvat in Maharashtra where murders are happening one after the other.
Now if you want to know who is committing these murders and what is their motive, then you have to watch this show which is available on the SonyLIV platform. It has eight episodes. This show is also available in Hindi dubbed version whose length varies from 30 to 40 minutes except the finale episode whose length is 1 hour long.
Now if I want to review Manvat Murders for you in one line, then I would just say that it is Below Average to average.
See, it was a very good story, a real story but the screenplay that we got to watch was not at all enjoyable, I mean the tension, urgency and thrill that we as an audience should get to see in a show was unfortunately not there, yes, the show just goes on and we keep watching, I don't know why we are watching, I mean there is no development in the characters and the mystery too was not that much enjoyable.
I started watching this show with my mother and my mother had already told me who the real culprit was I was shocked that in the end, he turned out to be the culprit meaning that this show does not make any effort to surprise us, especially a pro audience will easily predict what is the real motive of the killers who are committing the murders.
There is nothing fun in this show or should I say nothing interesting, the direction is completely tired and the screenplay is tired.
I think the screenplay should have been given some Viagra so that it could have some energy or let's just feed them Shilajit meaning you people will fall asleep while watching this show.
The production value is just okay, the BGM is good but it has not been used properly. I mean there are many scenes without BGM.
Now you think that when there is no BGM in any scene then how will the scenes become interesting, think and tell me.
Yes, I have to say that the way the police work and the way the 1972 era has been recreated is totally praiseworthy and also a positive point of the show, but one shortcoming was that the uniform of the police did not look like that of that time at all, rather it looked like what is there in today's time.
If it comes to the acting of the actors, the work done by Sonali Kulkarni throughout the show is quite recommendable, Sai is there but she has not been used properly, I don't why. Apart from this, Ashutosh Gowariker is also there in the show, his work is quite good but not as good as Kala Paani, his work in the Kala Paani Web Series was very impressive.
Overall Manvat Murders I did not find anything special. I recommend that you invest your time in some other show or movie and not in this. Well, this is my way. You can watch this show if you want but for me, it was like a boring ride.
According to me this show had a lot of potential. It could have become a better show.
In terms of parental guidance, one or two brutal scenes are seen in the show and abuses are also heard.
Hindi dubbing is good everything was right the only problem with Hindi dubbing is that while watching this show you should feel like you are watching dubbed content and that feeling comes very well here.
So friends this was my review of Sony's show Manvat Murders hope you enjoy don't forget to subscribe and give me one heart.
We’ve had such a long chat that my phone’s battery is waving a white flag. I guess it’s time for me to log off!
