This is not who you are now:

Work for three minutes heat, know that they are good for their own things, stick to a few days, no interest, no motivation, no patience to stick to it.

You really want to get better, and when you do it, you either procrastinate because it's too hard, or you slack off because it's too hard, thinking about all the changes at night, and waking up the same in the morning.

Always anxious about their current situation and future, and even always thinking about making some achievements, but really to action, and always look left and right to choose to give up.

Many times, we always think that the self-discipline of life is difficult, but in the end, we find that the lack of self-discipline will bring you more trouble and pain.

A person to achieve self-discipline, need to pay a lot of sweat, need to overcome many difficulties, but also need to constantly challenge and break through their own.

But the lack of discipline is worse. Because you have to live with your mediocrity, your plight, and even your life getting worse and worse.

You have to bear hardships with or without self-discipline.

But the former to eat bitter, will let their life becomes better and better.

And do not self-discipline to eat bitter, will let your life more and more helpless and helpless edge.

Why do people want to achieve self-discipline?

Maybe everyone has their own answers, some want to lose weight and exercise, some want to improve their grades or skills, and still others want to learn more knowledge or take exams.

For all intents and purposes, a person who wants to become good must learn self-discipline.

There was a question on Zhihu: what is the ultimate purpose of self-discipline and serious study every day?

One highly praised answer is:

"Because you have to choose a way to live your life consistently. You have to give meaning to your life. You have to tell yourself, 'I have to do something.'"

You have to sweat to probably get the benefit of exercise, and you have to do it every day to get the benefit.

Practice makes perfect, and you can't relax or slack off until you get better and better every day.

You can only become smarter if you learn, and the longer you stick with it, the better.

If you want to become excellent, you must learn to suffer and suffer, and learn to keep away from comfort and ease.

Getting better is not an easy thing, so it will be a little difficult, a little difficult, and even some not so good feelings and taste.

In fact, there are hundreds of ways to discipline yourself, but the most important thing is to learn to control yourself.

If you decide to get up early in the morning, it's never the alarm clock that wakes you up, it's your dreams and things you want to do.

If you decide to read every day, what really makes you free is not your idle work and nothing to do, but your desire to make progress.

If you decide to exercise every day, your biggest motivation won't be the trainer's push or the crowd's punch clock, but your stronger body.

Many times, we don't need to find too much external push to restrain ourselves or to push ourselves.

The essence of self-discipline is to know what you want, what kind of person you want to be, what kind of thing you want to do, and what kind of life you want to live, and strive to achieve it.

No one can force you to discipline yourself.

You can't do it, not because you don't know how to try, to fight, to persist, but because you don't want to be better enough, and you don't want to be better enough.

Never give yourself any reason and excuse, not to take no time, no time, to perfunctory and prevarication, all not self-discipline, the final pain is their own.

There is nothing fairer in this world than self-discipline.

A person can lose at different starting lines because of different birth, different environment, and even different life circumstances.

But self-discipline will never fail you. It can even help you challenge yourself, surpass yourself, and eventually challenge yourself and even surpass others.

If you exercise for an hour a day, it may not make a difference in the short term compared to if you lie still for an hour a day, but over time, your body shape and fitness will help you make a difference.

An hour of waking up early and an hour of sleeping in May not seem like much more than you're getting done, but over time, you'll grow and make more progress.

You read an hour a day, and you play with the phone an hour, maybe not too big difference, but even if only for a year and a half, your speech, temperament and thinking, will have a qualitative change.

When you're tired of holding on, ask yourself if this is what you want to be.

If not, please remember to wake up yourself, do not delay, do not slack off, do not pretend to be indifferent.

You may not have to work hard without self-discipline, but what you end up with is a life you don't want.

It takes a lot of work to be disciplined, but at least you're fighting for the life you want.
