ATLANTA — Entrepreneurship, media production, and community service continue shaping how influence develops across local and national platforms. Leaders working across creative industries and business sectors are building networks that extend beyond traditional career paths into mentorship, philanthropy, and cultural engagement.
Among those contributing to this work is Michelle “Meme” Lovett, an Atlanta based entrepreneur, media producer, author, and community advocate whose career spans entertainment, publishing, and business development.
Lovett will be honored on March 7, 2026 at the Women’s Empowerment and Awards Brunch Gala in Philadelphia. The event recognizes leaders across entrepreneurship, media, advocacy, and community service whose work reflects sustained impact and leadership.
A native of Florida City and now based in Atlanta, Lovett credits her foundation to family influence and early recognition of her leadership. She is the daughter of Bennie Lovett and the late Gloria Lovett, whose legacy of service and community engagement continues shaping Michelle’s work and direction.
Lovett’s professional journey reflects growth across multiple industries. Her career has evolved from early entrepreneurial efforts under the brand “Meme All Over” to expanded leadership through “Meme Thee Establish,” reflecting both personal development and business scale.

She is widely recognized as an award winning actress, a four time Amazon bestselling author, and publisher of the Life, Love and Lockup book series, a multi volume project highlighting storytelling, personal experience, and community narratives.
Lovett also serves as an executive producer and owns Meme All Over Productions Channel on The NOW Network, where she develops and curates content focused on inspiration, entrepreneurship, and lived experience. Her work in media production expands visibility for independent voices and community driven storytelling.
As a serial entrepreneur, Lovett has launched businesses in health and wellness as well as the beauty industry. Her ventures reflect a broader commitment to ownership, independence, and economic empowerment through enterprise.
Her leadership and visibility began early, with recognition in school, church, and community spaces for her drive and motivational presence. That momentum continued into college, corporate environments, the arts, and civic engagement.
Lovett’s presence has extended to national platforms and high profile events, including BET celebrations, cancer survivor gatherings, the Super Bowl Gospel Explosion, the Truth Awards, the Grammys, and the NAACP Image Awards.
Media recognition has followed her work. She has been featured in publications including BAM Woman, Fruition, Bossmode Bossmode, Elite Business Women, iSaidit Management Global Networking Magazine, Voyage Miami, ATL+ Magazine, The Black Family, Urban CEO, What’s Your SuperPower, and a UK based edition of NETWORKING Magazine.
Her achievements have also led to nominations and awards across entrepreneurship and leadership categories. She was nominated for the PowerUp Awards, Herpreneur Awards, and Journey Awards, and became a finalist in 2022 for Author of the Year and Emerging Leader of the Year. That same year, she received the Visionary of the Year Award.
Lovett is also the CEO and visionary behind the Generals Bosses and Bossettas Platinum Awards Gala, an initiative recognizing entrepreneurship, leadership, and business excellence.
Beyond business and media, Lovett maintains a consistent commitment to community service. Through MemeAllOver LLC, she supports graduates during their first year of college across Miami, Texas, Atlanta, and Augusta by providing financial assistance and mentorship.
Her outreach also includes providing Thanksgiving meals for families, distributing toys during the holiday season, and offering scholarships to graduates since 2019. These initiatives continue the legacy of community engagement established through her family’s work supporting churches, schools, and local organizations.
Lovett’s contributions have been recognized through numerous honors, including the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award presented in Atlanta in 2024, recognition as one of the 50 Powerful Women of Atlanta, and Woman of Influence recognition in the same year.
She has also received the keys to the city of Florida City, Florida, and a city proclamation declaring Michelle Lovett Day, acknowledging her service and community leadership.
Despite navigating personal health challenges, Lovett continues her work with determination and forward focus. Her message often centers on perseverance, ownership, and the importance of continuing to build through adversity.
Entrepreneurs and media leaders often emphasize the importance of representation, particularly for women building platforms across industries. Lovett’s career reflects a model where storytelling, business ownership, and community service intersect to create lasting influence.
The Women’s Empowerment and Awards Brunch Gala will convene leaders across industries while supporting youth leadership and emotional wellness initiatives through Jewelz Foundation Incorporated. Lovett’s recognition reflects the continued visibility of women entrepreneurs shaping culture, business, and community support systems.
Her journey illustrates how persistence, creativity, and service can operate together to build long term impact. Through media, publishing, entrepreneurship, and philanthropy, Lovett continues expanding spaces where leadership, storytelling, and community engagement meet.
