The difficulty of whatever you want to add to your life as a habit is a function of how hard it would be. Well, most of the times.
To turn something into habit, you need to;
1.Think about it, Learn about it:
You know the Law of Attraction, what you think about, your mind tends to gravitate towards, and the higher chance of it happening. So when you do think about it, try the extra effort of learning about it, it would motivate you to start it.
2. Saturate your days, weeks and months with it.
3. Start with the easiest:
If you want to start reading, read 5 pages per day for five days. If you want to workout, start with the beginner level, then intermediate, before advanced. It's something new, you don't want to overwhelm yourself. If you do, you'd eventually break.
4. Pray about it:
I believe in God and I believe when I talk to him about things they go much more easier
5. Associate yourself with likeminded people or stay alone(until it becomes second nature):
If you want to start a habit you must either associate yourself with people that want to start this habit too or you stay by yourself, watch contents on likeminded people, but don't associate yourself with people that don't have the same interest as you, they would drag you down, they wouldn't do this consciously but you would get too comfortable if you stay with them for too long. I'm not saying to cut contact with friends that don't have these habits but have more friends with the habit or watch enough content to make sure that stuff stays in your head
6.Stay motivated:
Watch motivational contents, read motivational quotes, watch jim rohn, read motivational books, listen to songs that motivate you.
They'll help you when the assured failure comes along.
7. Use failure as fuel:
Being a strong human being, failure should only be a boost to do better. If you use it as an excuse to stop or slow down the pace, you're not as strong as you think.
8. Discipline:
Do what you said you'd do at least 70-80 percent of the time, we're human so 100 percent is not possible. But 70-80 percent is an A+. It'll motivate you and make you trust yourself
9. Rest:
I need this last one myself. Get enough rest or else you'll break and have to start from scratch.
10. Never sit at a table where you might be the topic of discussion when you stand up. If the people around you gossip about others, chances are you aren't the exception. Even if they're friends or family.
11. Get rid of the victim mentality. When locked in a room surrounded by your enemies you should tell yourself ‘I am not locked in here with you, you are locked in here with me.’ This is the kind of mindset you should have if you want to succeed.
12. Stop being a people-pleaser. Don't feel bad for decisions that upset other people. You’re not responsible for their happiness, you're responsible for yours.
13. Call your parents at least once a day. Check on our loved ones and remind them that you care, because you never know when you might lose them.
14. You’re not a tree. If you aren't happy in your current situation, move. Growth is painful. Change is painful. But nothing is as painful as staying stuck somewhere you don’t belong.

Stay strong and build!
