True happiness

“Always be thankful

for everything you have”

We live in a fast-paced and materialistic world

and

it is so easy to forget to say “Thankyou”.

When we cultivate an attitude

of gratitude and appreciation,

of always being thankful

for what and who is in our lives,

we ourselves find

contentment and happiness.

By focusing

on the positive in our lives,

we will simply be happy

with what and with who

we have in our lives.

‘Practicing’ this grateful way

of looking at our lives,

every single day,

will become a routine part of our day

and we will start to think

“Thankyou” naturally.

A Gratitude Journal

is one of the best ‘exercises’

to do this and you can re-read it,

constantly reminding yourself

of all the good things and people

in your life.
