How to Avoid Depression?
By embracing a set of good life philosophies

Society is manmade construct,
its rules keep changing,
expectations are high,
demands can be cruel,
you may feel like a failure,
depression may hover.
You can't afford to waste
the short life on gloom.
You have to keep chin up,
understand the knot,
so, you can untangle yourself.
Absorb good life philosophy,
sculpt mindset,
consult your conscience,
stay away from temptations,
and bad company,
make good decisions.
Embrace nature,
immerse in creativity,
be kind, improve self-love,
be grateful, act frugal,
stay away from chemicals.
If armed with such wisdom,
actions and discipline,
depression will loosen its grip
time and terrain may alter,
you can still savor life.
