A dark, brooding presence kicked the door down.

Darkness flooded in like the Grim Reaper.

Eyes glaring at me with a psycho frown.

The target was me for this strange creeper.

A chair stressed under his weight when he sat.

He stared intently and spoke magic words.

Nothing made sense as he started to chat.

“I love you,” he said, while looking downwards.

Light lit up every corner of the room.

The power of the word love changes lives.

His eyes were no longer glaring with doom.

All fear disappeared and happiness thrives.

If one word can transform dark into light,

Love’s bastion of hope makes everything right.
