Love Lessons

From Mom And Dad

By Kelli Sheckler-AmsdenPublished 12 months ago 1 min read

Sixty four years together

They shared the same bed

Word cross over breakfast

Reliving memories they lived

Discussing menus and appointments

Shuffling cross the floors

Doing dishes and laundry

Small tasks, jobs and chores

Romance found in mundane

Until they shared their last

Wonderful love lessons from mom and dad

This is absolutely beautiful and something I can relate to. 64 years - that should teach people how to live and love. Beautifully Done!!

Beautiful. Sharing of the small things in life strengthens the bonds as well as sharing the large.
