Love or lust

Which one brews distrust

By Musulyn M (MUSE)Published 3 years ago 1 min read

For me, it is worth describing in writing

and by doing so, I am implying

that all is fair in love and war

To some extent, I'd say so much so

that love is worth dying for

however, unlike the tale of Romeo and Juliet

stupidity cannot beget the truly blessed.

It is essential to develop a heart

without bitterness or pain,

A realness beyond one's self that is not vain.

To see real-life

one must dive into the depth of their soul

to reach a great aim

and goal

for the one who can see beyond their suffering and grief

is worthy of much success and relief

even royalty.

For it takes a courageous and strong person

to still walk through the fire alone

and not become closed off

While sitting on their throne.

The king needs a queen

because they are a team.

Trust is a must

in privacy, not secrecy.

To love

it would be best if you did it fearlessly.

Not with disgust

or actions that are corrupt.
