An Inspirational Set of Cinquains
Neil Armstrong, for the historic step he took, deserves blessings and birthday wishes. The moon, ever since, has become a symbol of mystery and discovery.
Indeed, the moon is all that we do not know. She is all that we need to know about life and ourselves.
As she reflects light from the sun, she is also about reflection and introspection.
So dance with the moon and let her teach us about ourselves today.
Pale moon
Light that shines ever slight
On dark secrets to show
A path leading to dark places
Unknown
Pale moon
Its light reflects
Soul's mysteries and essence
Making one ponder upon
Oneself.

It's Sunday, and what makes the tail end of this weekend special is that it's also Family Day in the United States. Family networks are rich and complex. Their members may pursue different interests and paths, yet they have ties that bind. That doesn't change, no matter how we try to cut them. They may grow in varied, new ways, but they have a rich and deep identity when united.
