Why can’t I go to sleep?

No,

Stop,

Breathe.

Don’t agitate yourself,

Stop thinking about it so much,

Daydream,

Think about your favorite show,

Just daydream,

And you will sleep.

Why aren’t I asleep?

No,

Stop!

Why can’t I daydream?

I can’t imagine anything,

I am not even tired,

I want to sleep,

I need to sleep,

I want to stay awake tomorrow,

But it’s happening again,

Am I going to stay awake the whole night,

I’m going to stay awake,

I’m never going to fall asleep,

Cause the trucks?

Trucks are too loud,

They won’t stop coming!

Stop!

You’re too frustrated,

That’s why you can’t sleep,

Just breathe,

Just wait,

Think nothing,

Be blank,

And be patient.

Breathe,

In,

Out,

Slow and deep,

In,
