Say these ten things to yourself every day. I believe in this practice, and I start every day with these sentences. If you want to be mentally strong, you must tell your brain the things you want. This is the first principle that I tell myself. You have to make the front part of your brain aware, which includes focus, foresight, motivation, and control. You have to tell it what you want and what kind of person you want to be so that you can repeat it to yourself.

Here are the ten things that you should say to yourself every day:
