Smile

For You Blue

By Conrad IlesiaPublished about 2 hours ago 1 min read

The first time she told me to smile

I looked at her like she was crazy

The next time she asked me to smile because she thought she was funny

I told her to fuck off

She stopped calling me for a while

Then we went to her favorite place to have a drink

Or two

She liked her wine and I had my beer

She enjoys my company immensely

Not quite as much as the other boys, but she does like me

I don't know why I wasn't having a good time

I really should've been

I really should've been having a good time

But life is short and her legs

Her legs were so long

I knew she wouldn't be with me that night or any other night and as she was smiling and laughing I was in sheer misery

So she asked me a third time

Smile you look so much better when you smile

I asked for the tab and I left her
