To Be Enough
A Powerful Poem About Self-Worth, Inner Healing, and the Courage to Believe You Are Enough

Not thinner, brighter, louder, more,
Not chasing things I can’t restore.
Not perfect lines or flawless skin—
But all I am, both out and in.
To be enough, not just pretend,
Not need to break myself to bend.
To rise each day and softly say,
“I am still worthy anyway.”
The world will weigh you, mark your score,
Demand you give and then give more.
But let me be—just who I am,
A soul unshaped by their exam.
Enough in silence, enough in doubt,
Enough when hope is running out.
Enough when lost, when less feels true—
Still, I am whole. Still, I am you.
So let me bloom without compare,
Without a need to prove I'm rare.
To be enough is not a race—
It’s finding peace in your own space.
