Your face is flustered
Contrasting
Against your pale skin
Peaking out of your half unbuttoned shirt
Even in the dark
Your eyes are unbearably beautiful
At this moment
It's nearly impossible
To hide
My undeniable love for you
But I keep myself contained
Controlled
I tear my eyes off of you
Resisting the urge to look back
Outside
The rain calmy taps on the windows
I watch the rain
Softly kiss the ground
I watch the wind
Ruffle through the trees' hair
It seems that everywhere I look
Even in nature
There's romance
Ignoring my conscious
I look back at you
This time I don't look away
