Australia and Me
brief encounters
When i was in elementary school many years ago we were doing pen pals and I had a pen pal in Australia the capital of Australia that being Sydney is where she was from and that lasted for a little while.
When I reached the time in my life when i could partake in adult beverages i got into drinking Fosters which is an Australian beer which of course comes from Australia, obviously. I remembered it from seeing those funny commercials for the product where the voice over actor says how to speak australian ad campaign.

I watched Magic Johnson eating popcorn
One time I went to a Nets basketball game when they were still in New Jersey and during the game i liked to watch the game as you do as well as watch celebrities who sit courtside. I saw Magic Johnson, legendary basketball player for the Lakers, and i watched him eating popcorn. He is so tall and lengthy I couldn't believe some people have to bend over and eat their popcorn as it sit on the floor, but not him just reach down reach up and after all of this time i can't believe that i am still talking about this but that is how it is. At the game that night he was dressed in his sunday best which was very nice beige dress pants and a very nice shirt. Not only is Magic Johnson famous and known for his prowess on the court as one of the legendary Los Angeles Lakers he is also a member of the famous and iconic basketball team comprised of other legends in the NBA such as himself which included Patrick Ewing and also Michael Jordan.
