Balloon Festivals
An air balloon festival is a celebration of everything associated with hot air ballooning, that includes mass balloon launches and tethered balloon rides. Festivals can range in size from a few hot air balloons to over 100, and their duration can range from a few hours to many days. Night glows, balloon ascensions, and pyrotechnics are common attractions during a hot air balloon festival. Parades, dancing, and cuisine are also common during these gatherings. Many festivals include magnificent balloon night glows as a festival highlight. The burners on the balloons are lit up, making the balloon shine and appear to be a gigantic floating decoration. Balloon festivals, noted for their brilliant and awe-inspiring displays, are more than simply a visual feast. They may also be used as a canvas for other creative endeavors.
