So, Like, What Shows Do You Watch?
I’ve been writing on Vocal for a year now, and my favorite thing about the platform is the freedom it grants you as a writer: you can write about pretty much anything you want. And sure, some more obscure or unpopular things will get less traction, but the point still stands: Vocal is a place where you are free to write about whatever interests you, and therefore about whatever makes you you.

One Year On Vocal! ♥️♥️♥️
I’ve officially been writing on Vocal for a year—woo! Time flies when you’re having fun! I want to thank all of my fellow creators and readers. I’ve been so lucky and blessed to come across such talent and inspiration here. Writing is hard, but it’s so very worth it, and you all constantly remind me of that fact.

Fourth Wing by Rebecca Yarros
This is the first book I’ve had to drop in years. For starters: I don’t think Fourth Wing is utter trash. I understand the attraction to the tropes it has, and I understand the market. It’s not like it’s downright irredeemably bad, but it’s just so, so not for me, and I’ve had to accept that.
