I am married with 7 children, 28 grands, and 13 great-grandchildren. I am a culture consultant part-time. I write A Poem a Day in February for 8 years now. I wrote 4 - 50,000 word stories in NaNoWriMo. I write on Vocal/Medium daily.

Rupi Kaur’s Relationships Writing Prompts — What do you need to forgive your caregivers or siblings for? Absolutely nothing. In my early recovery, I made amends for what wrongs I did in our relationships, our relationships changed for me. I didn’t need to do anything more nor did I expect anything more. I learned I can love them and pray for them. It is a good feeling not to have any regrets.

Suicide Prevention Workshop
We hope to have a small booklet full of prevention material. It is about prevention after all. I have attended many workshops in my lifetime and have not read much after the workshops that were given as handouts. Now I have to go through many of those handouts and recycle them.

When you aren't sure what you will write and the following comes out in a Bob Dylan voice, you have to chuckle, and maybe even laugh out loud. It changed to a womans voice along the way, and I had to pause and look it over as I was just focusing on rhyme this time.

Driving A Car, Drivers Education, Etc.
Writing Down the Bones Deck, prompts by Natalie Goldberg — Tell me how you learned to drive. My mother taught me to drive at the age of eleven or twelve. I always say I was mature for my age. Then I think of my grandchildren, and it is tough to imagine teaching my eleven-year-olds to drive.
