We mounted the stairs in an electric silence. Massimo turned to smile at me before opening the door. "Home, sweet home." He said, opening his arms and beaming. Then a little dark cloud washed over his face with a frown. "For a little while... Did I tell you that they requested me another week? I'm not leaving tomorrow anymore."
