The First Trimester of Pregnancy
When you are pregnant so many people will give you advice and ask you inappropriate questions. Men, women, kids, etc. Suggestions do help, especially if it is your first child, like mine, but those who said it in a certain way were the ones who really made an impact. So if you’re reading this and trying to figure out how to talk to a pregnant women start with something like, “This helped me...” or “My wife used this or ate this to help her, try it, it might help you.” Instead of things like, “This is going to happen...” or “You need to do this because of this...” I had many cousins try saying that I will be like this or like this and then I had many who said this helped me and some of things they suggested did and it was so great to get advice from women who have had this experience.

The New 'Fruits Basket' Review
Funimation has put out a new animated version of Fruits Basket. The story is following the manga, and is lasting longer, but it has many changes including more accurate voice portrayals, the animation obviously, and Kyo doesn't like Chives. Not Leeks anymore, but Chives. Here is my review so far with 16 episodes in, and why you should watch this one AFTER watching the original.

'Vampire Royals' Book Series Review
Brought to us by Leigh Walker, this series is a mix between 'The Selection' and 'Twilight' mixed in with its own flavor. It's about a royal family of vampires who are run out of their country by a disease and take over a human country. About five years after this happens the Royal Family decides to create a pageant where two girls from each settlement are brought to the castle and try to win the prince's heart.

'Dragonfly' Book Review
"Princess Taoshira of the Blue Crescent Islands is appalled when she is ordered to marry Prince Ramil of Gerfal. And he's not too pleased, either. She is used to a life of discipline, ritual, and splendor. He is used to hunting and carousing. They hate each other on sight. But both of their countries are under threat from a fearsome warlord, and the only chance of peace is to form an alliance. When Tashi and Ram are kidnapped, they fear there's no escape--from their kidnappers or from each other. Can they put aside their differences long enough to survive ambush, unarmed combat, brainwashing, and imprisonment? And will the people they meet on their adventure—including a circus strongman, a daring rebel leader, a sinister master of spies, and the best female fighter they have ever seen--help them or betray them to the enemy?"

The 10 Best Sci-Fi Anime
When I am looking for a science fiction type show, I am always looking for a show in space, or discovering the next time machine, etc. Somehow, I am always getting more fantasy like fairies and elves. That may not be correct, but that is my understanding. So here are some sci-fi shows!
