Before Shadow, we were going to get Terios
What do Sonic and Shadow have in common? They are both hedgehogs, and they're both super-fast. However, there's a saying that they look alike, but I beg to differ you can clearly see they are so different from each other. Almost like Sonic and Shadow balance each other out. One is Yin, the other is Yang. I wanted to know why the character Amy constantly mistakes Shadow for Sonic. And being a complete nerd, I did some research, and the reason behind this whole thing of Sonic and Shadow supposedly looking exactly alike is because of the prototype of the character Terios the hedgehog. That was designed to be Sonic’s rival, figuratively speaking. Shadow wasn't supposed to exist; he was a last-minute change. Here's what I mean: Terios is literally a replica, you could say a mirror, because his name, in Japanese, means "reflection" or "imitation". He is primarily known as a piece of "lost" Sonic history that reappeared as an unlockable skin for Shadow in Sonic x Shadow Generations, It's good to see the prototype actually got some time in the gaming, even though it was put back in storage.

Seeing from the other side
So, after getting some blood work done, I was told that I had traces of another human in my blood, which means it's a dead twin. This happens when a set of twins is in the same wound, and 1 twin dies during development and gets absorbed by the stronger twin as nutrients. Basically, resulting in the surviving baby as a chimera.

Another Theme Song For Silver the hedgehog

The passing of pets
We've all heard that expression, "you don't need to be blood to be family," but does that also apply to pets in September? I lost the dog that I had had for about 15 years. I'm not much of a dog person. I'm more of a cat person. My dog Rosie was a corgi mix, and to be 100% honest, in the beginning, I really did welcome the dog. Sadly, I thought my dog was kind of ugly, and I rejected her, but the dog did something I couldn't believe she did. She saved my life. I won't get into detail, but let's say I was actually gonna hurt myself, and my dog saved me. She even got the cat to help. Stop me from hurting myself. That is why I love my animal so much, so when they passed away, it was a heartbreaking day that still is to this day. Nothing can fill that void. Yes, I currently have two other cats. They're amazing animals, but not as amazing as the two that recently passed. Amber was born a stray. She was a runt, but she was a fighter, even as we all know runts usually don't survive because the mother refuses to feed them. The original owner that, at a young age, Amber began eating dry food to survive. She was a fighter.

Enter the World of Little Nightmares for the 3rd game
Spoiler!!! If you haven't played the game, don't read, because I will be talking about what happens and how it ends. Well, better late than never. I know Little Nightmares three came out on October 10th. I have to say, this one is pretty interesting. I'm not a gamer; I'm an observer. So, needless to say I had a lot of questions, some things confuse me, but a special shout out to super horror bro who helped me understand the game better.

The first anniversary of the loss of my mom
December 2nd, 2025, marks the official first anniversary of my mother's passing. It has been A bit of a rough journey. Still, I was able to get by with my husband's and my daughter's help. Still, mostly I was helped by the grace of God. I'm happy to say my mom is there with him, as well as with my dad, my father passed away in 2017 of heart failure.

A tradition with the dead
The Day of the Dead has always played an essential role in my life growing up. It's a tradition going back many generations, however this year in 2025 is a hard one for me because a year ago I lost my mother due to Pulmonary fibrosis it's a lung disease it hardly has treatment but definitely has no cure however this year I had to put up my mother's photo with my father who also passed away in 2017 due to heart failure.
