The Intrepid Reporter
This would be the interview of Alika Zale’s lifetime. She knocked over several textbooks and kicked aside some stray cardboard boxes as she dug through what seemed like hundreds of colorful portfolios, flipping through the pages until she found and yanked out the right documents. She pinned them onto her clipboard and tucked it under her elbow, slipping her ballpoint pen out from behind her ear and pulling out a loose strand of smooth, dark hair from her ponytail. She chugged down the last of her tea and slam-dunked it into her trash can. She dusted off her suit pants and her ink-black blazer and tugged at the crisp collar of her dress shirt. Then she snatched her camera off her desk, stuffed it into her satchel, and slung the leather bag over her shoulder, throwing the door to her office closed.

They Did My Villains Dirty
**SPOILER ALERTS FOR "WONDER WOMAN 1984"** Look How They Massacred My Girl. Speaking of past sins coming back to hunt heroes, I’m going to take a stab at creating the version of Cheetah for “Wonder Woman 1984” that I would’ve been ecstatic to see, built around this very concept.

They Did My Villains Dirty
Important Note: None of the criticism here is meant for the actors, stuntmen, or choreographers who were just doing their best with what the script gave them. Even though I may not agree with the narrative choices the screenwriters have made, I understand that they face a lot of pressure from both studio executives and the general audience. I respect their art and I commend them for their efforts, successful or not.

Subtle
The young woman's heels clicked as she strolled down the water's edge to the Ponte 16. The white, yellow, and burgundy building cast a shadow of jagged rectangles over her, the shade checkered with pale squares where the sun shone through the windows. As she sauntered between the columns framing the geometric, fluorescent magenta crystal ball, its fiery rays rippled on the silver cherry blossoms embroidered onto her dark blue qipao.

Invidia
Eyfira's mask is tossed carelessly to the soil. The diamond hair clip I bought her has been thrown away with them. She's lying in the grass, her thighs wrapped around Hytur's waist, fingers clawing into his hair. Dirt smears her gown. His black and golden jacket is half off. She's kissing him, gasping out his name as his lips close over hers.
