Boomerang of Happiness - 5
Walking home from the dinner, Alex suddenly realized that it was not about his Party membership. Especially because the issue had never came up. Anna's father did not even ask if Alex wanted to join the Party. But his last question made Alex think about his relationship with Anna. Suddenly, it dawned on him that Anna's parents considered Alex their daughter's potential suitor and the realization scared him. He still could not imagine himself dating anyone, but with the knowledge that Anna may want more from their relationship he felt he could not continue seeing her any more. Because it would be equal to knowingly deceiving her, giving her false hope.

Radio Silence - Part 13
It took Joe two full days to realize what was wrong. It wasn’t the fact that Melanie had abandoned him. It wasn’t that the whole country seemed devoid of life besides him. It wasn’t that he was alone, and had started to talk to himself for company. It was the silence. There was no music, no radio to keep him company. Radio had been a staple for so long in his life. It was his job, every day, but it kept him company outside of work. He listened to it while driving everywhere, and even listened to it on his phone when he was walking.

Juniors, They're Minty Fresh
When it comes to Critical Race Theory at first it may be difficult to have much to say. Insofar as I can tell, I do not utterly disagree with it, that is to say if I understand the concept of CRT in the first place. It does not affect me one way or the other, being as how it is purely a phrase I have heard on the radio at this point. I am not nor will I ever attempt to be an historian; I have no plans for blogging/publishing anything extensive of an historical nature. Assuming that the central idea behind CRT has to do with admitting that white America's societal foundations are built upon discriminatory practices, I will not argue that point.

What Happened to Evan Wheeler: The neighbor
Part 5 "What do you mean you could do it?" I sat on the steps so that I could talk to Madison and still see Jemarie. "You heard what I said, Cam. Now that we've established that your ears work, how are we going to get rid of this girl?" Madison asked with an attitude. I stood up and walked into the kitchen.
