Finding my purpose
My name is John Winston. My story is the story of a guy who always seemed a little out of his element. Ever feel like you were waiting to finally arrive? If not, nevermind. However, for those who know what I'm talking about, you get it. At every point in my life, I was always waiting to finally feel like I fit in my own skin. Throughout being a kid, I couldn't wait to be a teenage. As a teenager, I couldn't wait to be an adult. As a young adult, I coudn't wait to get my career started, get married, and have kids. Finally after having all those things, I remember having a moment when I said to myself, "Is this it?"

Disney upgrades pass system
Disney is a place that people consider the happiest place on earth. While it’s not as fun, or as immersive as universal . I have noticed from recent news online a new pass system has been invoked . The genie plus is a pass system that works similar to universal. You just have to make the decision ahead of time . While it’s not as easy as universals system it is a step forward. I have to say I’m very excited . It’s a company we all love . Universal does have more perks for the park. It is also more creative when bringing things to life . But I’d say with the new lightening lane I’d be more excited about buying the tickets.

We Have Finally Arrived In Our Partially Simulated Universe
Today we continue our exploration of the partial simulation by trying to figure out what the heck to do next. As you may recall if you have read any of my earlier posts on this topic we have finally arrived at what I believe to be a very likely (perhaps even the most likely) of situations if indeed we are living in a (partial) simulation. Remember it must be partial because of the ‘too good to be true’ problem which I currently believe is a fatal flaw in all total simulation hypotheses I have yet encountered. Notice I say currently as I am prepared to be convinced otherwise by a strong argument as to why it is not. Until that time I maintain that the most likely scenario is that the universe is 50–75% simulated and we are living in it as 100% real beings (assuming a simulation hypothesis of any type is actually correct). So the fuck what, is what I am now asking myself and perhaps you are thinking along similar lines.

Full Moon in Virgo (March 2022): Getting Back on the Right Track to Alignment
The moon will make it's last opposition to the sun for the 2021–2022 winter season in a few days. On the 18th, the moon will find itself at the midpoint of it's cycle in mutable, earthy Virgo. Anytime the moon makes this lunar-solar aspect, we have a full moon. The entirety of the moon being illuminated by the sun is where the "full" part comes from. Speaking to energy, the full moon in every lunar cycle marks a period of clarity, release, cultivation, and often, heightened intuition and emotions. This full moon will be in the sign of the virgin (also referred to as "the maiden," depending on who you ask), which is ruled by the Mercury and associated with the sixth house (6H) in astrology, which makes this a great time to focus on our health, organization, and dedication.

I use to use android, Google Note, Samsung Galaxy, and it's been a minute since I’ve been deep in that OS system. The sirens woke me up that morning. I thought it was a drill. For months we were preparing for the day that some man drunk on power and oblivious to our faces or names would start a war over pride and greed and doom us all. It’s funny how the world adjusts to a fear like that, it seemed so far off until it wasn’t. The sirens endlessly screeched, heralding the end of the world, an obnoxious reminder that there was nothing we could do to stop it but hide. We didn’t have time to run. The bombs fell within the hour. We huddled in the old storm cellar for three days as the world crumbled and burned, but we survived. The concrete stairs that once led up to a perfectly mowed yard now led up to a barren wasteland. The air smelled of death and breathing it felt like it. We saw the bodies of neighbors and friends beside their once happy homes, everything we knew had been reduced to rubble and ash.
