Worst Video Games Based on TV Shows
I'm not too sure who came up with the idea in general, but TV or movie tie-ins are never a good idea and are always viewed with a mixture of scorn and annoyance on release. The best games to play on the couch with friends aren't supposed to be the best in category, or even the greatest video games, but are here for experiences that cannot be enjoyed anywhere but through that particular universe. So, maybe their particular show wasn't all that great, or possibly the developers weren't motivated, they're still among an enormous berth of video games that only amounted to failure. Like it or not, your most cherished game as a child may even make it on this list.

Final Fantasy XV - Episode Gladiolus Review
As far as the latest numbered addition to the historic fantasy JRPG franchise is concerned, revolutionary gameplay is the name of the game… figuratively speaking. Following Final Fantasy XV’s dramatic arrival, older entries to the series are left to age gracefully in their place by XV’s brand spanking new features; features like day and night cycles, real-time in-and-out combat and heavily customizable vehicles; even the conventional expectations of the most high-rolling RPGs on the market are blown inexorably out of the water by XV’s bold and beautiful technical exploration. These new gameplay ventures transform the first two thirds of the game into an immersive road trip simulator, lovingly weaved together by the exceptionally compelling storyline, mind-blowing graphical achievements and the occasional moment taken to admire Cindy’s.... graphics. Satisfying as it may be, reaching the summit of this titanic fantasy escapade leaves you wrestling keenly with a hunger for more pseudo-realistic fantasy goodness, and so loyal fans waited patiently with bated breath for the arrival of Final Fantasy XV’s first DLC. And now, much to the dismay of reviewers everywhere, Squ-enix’s first post-release add-on to the game falls short of the mountainous standards set by its father package in almost every way possible.

8Bitdo is a reputable company that is known for its controllers and gadgets video game players like myself love to use. They’ve created different things like classic styled controllers, wireless receivers for those controllers and others, as well as retro styled speakers and USB hubs. The controller I want to talk about is the SN30 Pro Controller. It’s designed really well, feels great, and looks amazing, but it’s not without its flaws.

When I was about 12 years old, I had a passion and interest for how buildings were formed. I saw my first floor plan when I was at Lowes with my dad. My dad was trying to find a good floor plan for building a garage. I came across this one book that had over 500 floor plans in it. Most of the plans were for 2 story houses. I asked if he could buy it for me and he did.

'Catherine' Review
I haven’t played a game with a story that genuinely made me feel on the same emotional level as its main protagonist in a very long time, if ever. The mature Catherine, from Atlus’ renowned Persona team, had gripped me much more than I had expected it to. When I tell you everything about this game, you have to trust me when I say that as far-out and crazy as all of its ideas, every aspect of it fits together very well to make a cohesive and unique package that puzzle game fans and possibly RPG fans will find massively entertaining, at least their first time through.

'Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 4' Review
As someone who hasn’t played more than a few handfuls of seriously lengthy console RPGs, I always found the beast that is the Shin Megami Tensei metaseries to be something of a daunting enigma that I had no desire to get sucked into. After many years of curiosity, though, and around the long-awaited release of Persona 5, I finally sat down to enjoy my unplayed copy of the much-revered PS2 role-playing game, Persona 4. In recent years, the Persona subseries has distanced itself from its parent quite a bit, earning name recognition without the SMT moniker, and that was most prevalent when Persona 4 released in 2008. In a lot of ways, P4 was the Final Fantasy VII of its series, and it (as well as its various spinoffs) has become a long-running moneymaker for Atlus. I have yet to play any other Persona games, but I can say for certain that it is in my future as of now.

The new era of gaming is here: meet the Nintendo Switch, a form of the PSP well beyond its time, which takes portable gaming to a whole new and more exciting realm of playability and functionality. Nintendo's handheld console, coined the Switch, gives players the ability to enjoy their berth of amazing gaming titles either on their TV screen or through the console's own immersive portability. While the Switch may not be the first (or last) of handheld video game iterations, it's certainly one of the very best that's come out thus far.

Worst Superhero Video Games Ever Made
The all-too familiar genre of movie tie-ins never make it big on the market. Plus, in all likelihood, it's safe to say that the developers behind these god awful superhero video games weren't even trying, or paying attention to what they were modeling. It's sad, too, when you have truly memorable franchise titles like Spawn, X-Men, and even Superman to look at with ever growing disinterest.

2,000 Years of 'Final Fantasy'
Today I beat the first Final Fantasy (FF) game—albeit in the re-released Final Fantasy Origins for PlayStation 1 (PS1) format—and I feel accomplished. It's weird, I didn't really benefit anything from this, I am no closer to owning my dream computer, my wallet is not a nanometer thicker, and—at least for the time being—I've made no new social connections due to this. Yet, for whatever reason, finishing that game, reaching that all too distant credits screen, really filled me with joy.
