Tecmo Bowl Review (1989)
Super Bowl LIV is in a few days and most of you are planning on attending a party somewhere or hosting one to entertain your friends, family, and other guests. Speaking of football, I’ll be reviewing a game that I’ve been hooked on for the last three years. That game is none other than Tecmo Bowl. Just to remind everyone that I’m reviewing the game that’s on the NES Classic. Tecmo Bowl was originally released as an arcade game in 1987. The NES version of the game was released in 1989, becoming the first game to have real NFL players, via a license from the National Football League Players Association, or NFLPA. If you have the NES Classic, you noticed that every team is identified by their home state or city. That’s because the company Tecmo wasn’t able to get permission from the NFL to use them.

A Personal History of Gaming
I read a post on social media which proclaimed the 16-Bit era of gaming was the best. This statement caused a lot of debate. As someone who has been an avid gamer for the past 25 years, having even worked in a video-game store, I completely agree with that statement.

Genesis Does What Nintendon't: Sega Genesis at 30
30 years ago today, a 16-bit home video game console was introduced to the masses. That gaming system was the Sega Genesis and it released over 900 games. To date, it had sold almost 31 million units and its best selling game was Sonic the Hedgehog, which sold 15 million units. I'll be sharing some of my favorite Sega Genesis games that I loved playing as a kid, in no particular order. In about a month, the Sega Genesis Mini is set to be released and will include 42 pre-installed games. It will go on sale for $79.99 and if you would like to see the full list of games, you can click the link down below. I've written an article about it two months ago, so be sure to check it out. In the mean time, I hope you enjoy my list of Sega Genesis games.

3 Retro Games That Deserve a Movie or TV Series
We all know that movies based on the video games that we grew up playing are usually major flops, but I chose three random games that I would like to see in theaters, on TV, or on a streaming service like Netflix in the near future. The following games that you'll see on this list are ones that I grew up playing. For almost 30 years, I've played many games and always have that nostalgic feel. So without further ado, here are the three games that I would love to see as a TV series or movie.

'Conker's Bad Fur Day' - A Game Like No Other!
I was first introduced to Conker's Bad Fur Day a year ago by my gaming-enthusiastic boyfriend, Nigel. When he first described the game to me I thought he can't be serious?! Surely there is not really a game like this! So, out came the game; he was correct, and I found myself thoroughly enjoying the game.
