Can You Still Watch?
Before social media was the juggernaut that it is now and before ‘influencer’ became a career. Before the term, ‘celebrity' could be adopted by a person who had appeared as themselves on a middling reality show and gained a following of thousands or even millions and, as such, felt the need to feed their notoriety, a career in the public eye would only be derailed by a salacious story in print media.

Every Reason Why
Today was the day! Pete could barely keep his nerves about himself as he kissed his beautiful wife Lillian goodbye this morning. Five years, seven months, and 3 days she had worn that fake ring. Every time he looked at it, he hated it a little bit more. She deserved something better, but this was all he could afford back then. He couldn’t help but think back to that day, the most bittersweet of all his memories.

Cobra Kai Musings
Now that we have several seasons of “Cobra Kai” to view and analyze there are even more questions that arise. Firstly, let’s address something that irks me every time I hear it. The joy, amazement a wonder that people project when they talk about Daniel LaRusso being a two time All Valley Karate champ. Yes, that is great that he won back to back tournaments but he wasn’t the only one. How about the guy who one back to back All Valleys just prior to Daniel? His name? Johnny Lawrence. Yes, Johnny meets Daniel in the finals as the defending champ. Yet, somehow, the committee and even Daniel seem to have forgotten this fact. They are equal in trophies. Daniel didn’t have a chance to come back a third time to defend as he aged out of the under 18 requirement. This shows that Johnny was actually younger than Daniel when he won his first All Valley.

2021's Most Anticipated Movies
Not every year is the same as 2021. Most hype lists get released late in the year and we have a few early surprises. 2021 is going to look and feel different than most. Warner Bros. Pictures has their entire slate releasing on HBO Max, Netflix is promising a film a week basically for the entire year. Already having released some powerhouse movies, every studio is going to jockey for position later in the year with their big releases. These are the Ten Films scheduled for release as of March or later that get my attention the most for a variety of different reasons.

My Slightly Perfect-er Way to Watch the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU)
So. I have a confession to make. I don’t really care that much about the MCU and I literally wrote that title for clickbait (aka SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMISATION BABY!!!! 🙄). I will, however, give you my perfect way to watch the films, so if you are here for that please scroll to the end. If you’re now slightly intrigued as to what on Earth I think I’m playing at, then please, dear reader, skip nothing.

All the Shows You Love Are Great
2020 was a rough year, and 2021’s hardly been swimming, either. I’m only human, not just a film student. I’ve binged Bridgerton twice. Some of my favorite shows I watched last year: Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, Community, Avatar: The Last Airbender, and the DuckTales reboot.

How MAPPA Overcame All The Odds For Attack On Titan Season 4
Regardless of the backlash from fans, MAPPA is worthy of every praise for producing a top-notch finale for the AOT fans. Ever since MAPPA took over the Attack on Titan finale from studio Wit, fans are worried about how MAPPA will pull off the series in such a short amount of time. Though the animation speaks for itself, MAPPA did a remarkable job creating believable characters, immersive backgrounds, CGI, and animations. Still, several differences are too visible, and even non-anime fans can point out the dissimilitude between Studio Wit’s final products in seasons 1-3 and MAPPA in season 4.

From Playboy-Billionaire to Savior of the Universe
Our affinity, as it stands for the genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist is undeniably immense and is an affinity that has been nurtured for many of our long-lived comic book fans for many a decade, but for those of us younger fans who were fortunate enough to not only gain exposure to the brash greatness that is/was Anthony Edward Stark through the amazing comic books adventures that have been printed on pages since 1963, we have also had the privilege of seeing this amazingly constructed and well-written character be brought to life on the big screen. The powerfully talented Robert Downey Jr. did more than bring a comic book character to life, he personified and embodied this character without pause and seemingly, effortlessly. We not only got to see Tony Stark fight the forces of evil on theater and television screens, we saw him LIVE and we saw him GROW.
