5 Horror Movies Hollywood Needs To Reboot
Over the course of the last decade, Hollywood has rebooted movies from nearly every genre. These reboots are either hit or miss, in other words, they're either extremely successful or absolute flops. One could make the argument that out of all the movie genres, the best reboots have come from horror movies. Childs Play, It, Holloween, and, most recently, Scream, all have had a significant amount of success in the box office. The latest technology in cinematography is to blame for that. Given how successful those projects were, one can't help but think about some other projects that have a significant amount of reboot potential. Under the right circumstances, these movies could certainly be home runs if they were to be rebooted today.

Back to School Horror Movie Watchlist
While I’m no longer in school, I still enjoy back to school movie marathons. When I was growing up many TV channels used to actually host them and I would stay up late trying to watch some cult movie that I hadn’t seen before. Now you’d be hard-pressed to find a TV channel doing something like that, maybe Comet. But, in the world of streaming, it’s never been easier to put together your own. That’s what my little brother did, he went back to school this week and asked for some movie recommendations, which is how this list originally came about. Mostly to remind him that school isn’t forever unless your in one of these movies, that is.

Anne Rice—Author, Visionary, Immortal.
Back when I was in 5th grade, I found a book in my house, and to this day, I'm still not sure where it came from. Up to that point, it was the single fattest book my 10-year-old self had ever seen. I thought some of Tolkien's books were long, but I never could have imagined that so many pages would fit inside anything other than a dictionary.

Michael McDowell — Author
How often do you pay attention to the screenwriters behind your favorite films? For most, the answer would be, “never.” It’s normal, though, to focus on the end product, an audiovisual work of art. Often, creators disappear into the shadow of their work. In a way, it’s a good thing because their work takes on a life of its own. In another way, though, it’s terrible for creators because people end up not knowing who was responsible and never encounter other works they may love.

Deep Down
1942 1 “Jack, Jack get up!” A sailor with the last name of Daniels, embroidered in blue silk on his faded white sailor uniform, nudges another sailor who was half laying on and off his cramped bunk. Every dark hair on his head went a different direction as it had grown significantly long with being out at sea for a few years now, and sleeping off a night filled with drinking at a local bar only put icing on the cake. “Jack!” Daniels nudges him again. This time with more force. Jack lets out a groan sounding like a whale in mating season.“We were supposed to report for duty ten minutes ago!” Jack finally opens his eyes that read hate, irritability, and displeasure.

DEMON FROM THE CONJURING
When The Conjuring was released in 2013, it was met with acclaim and criticism. Critics everywhere have praised the film for its overly realistic protetization of the demonic banality of an innocent family in Rhode Island. Most viewers assumed that the film was nothing but the wild imagination of director James Wan.However, the true story The Conjuring is rooted with a very true experience, of the parents.Built family in 1736, in Rhode Island house of 310 square meters, is still based on the original stone foundation, which dates back to before the American Revolution. It passed unharmed, in a miraculous way through the Industrial Revolution, the Civil War, including through the 1938 hurricane, which is known to have been one of the most dangerous tropical cyclones in the New England.

The Truth About Medical Vampirism
[Author's Note: At University (in the early 2000's), I took a Sociology class on the myth and symbolism of Witchcraft, and as part of the class, I ended up writing a paper on the mythology and folklore of vampires, which then lead me into a paid gig writing vampire articles for a while. So I've decided to share these articles of vampire myth and folklore here ~ C

Meet 10 Surreal Artists Who Are Bringing Your Nightmares To Life. Top Story - November 2021.
Terror aficionados across the globe know that true horror is about so much more than the obvious dark, gore-laden atmosphere that you’ve come to expect from the genre. It can be conveyed through many different mediums, such as light and colour; so that a bright scene with one minute but glaringly askew detail can suddenly change and take on a more sinister tone.
