Give Yourself the Chance of Being Alone
Some people can't handle loneliness and other people were meant to be alone. I am part of the second group of people. Don’t take me wrong, I have friends and I sincerely appreciate them, but I like to be lonely. Loneliness is not the bad guy as we were taught, it can actually help us to understand aspects of the problems we have and the struggles we face throughout our lives.

Hot Tea
To my husband: The hot tea is sitting on my nightstand. It always tastes better when you make it. You know just how I like it: Yorkshire tea, milk, and two Splendas. There is something very comforting in that fact. That you always know what I need before I need it. How you can see the signs and you do everything in your power to help.

How Far Can Love Travel?
