Book Review: DAD by Bob Seay
Full-Book Review Title: Dad Author: Bob Seay Length: 182 pages (Print version) Amazon Book Link Blurb: Jacob Martin’s life is not going well. His marriage is falling apart, his job is on the border of legal and illegal, and he’s living in what could generously be described as a dump. Now Dad, whose memory and mental faculties aren’t exactly what they once were, has decided to drive from Cincinnati to Colorado for a surprise visit. At least that was the plan until John got lost along the way. Forced into an unplanned road trip to retrieve his father, Jacob finds love, enlightenment, and ultimately himself along the way.

What Do you get when you throw water at a baby owl? A moist owlet
When I think of how precious and fragile our lives really are, I think about how I will die. Will I alone? Or in my sleep? I don’t care to think of all the possibilities thank you very much, although I wouldn’t mind a heads up as too where and when.

All About Love
It's been almost a month since bell hooks left this world. For the cynic inside me, it is much easier to accept the lovelessness in this world than coming to terms with the loss of bell hooks. She came to me at a time when I thought that nothing could melt my frozen heart. But against the coldness of all my prejudices and cynicism, her wise words about love slowly warmed me up.

My Favourite Books of 2021. Top Story - December 2021.
No.1: The Midnight Library- Matt Haig Usually being more of a nonfiction reader I was reluctant to delve into this book. I’d never heard anything about it, never read anything by the author before, and was simply going off a recommendation- but oh boy I was glad I did.

The Faraway Nearby
And I met Rebecca Solnit again, while she was wondering about what to do with the huge pile of apricots she received as a kind of inheritance from her mother. From there, we went on a journey together, flipping through a book of stories that we have been telling ourselves since childhood. Those were stories of resentment, of helplessness of childhood, of places getting attached to our core of being, of pain and its necessity in life and of a million other things that I am yet to find the right words for.

People We Meet On Vacation-Most Read Book Of 2021
I never want to compare beach reading with the people we encounter on vacation because they are good books and I love them in my way. Henry's books are published in the animation, BuzzFeed, the Oprah magazine, and weekly entertainment, which gives it a platform to tell incredible stories about the impact of love, health and then studied art at Hope Academy and the now-defunct New York Art and Media Research Center, and now spends most of his time in Cincinnati, Ohio and parts of Kentucky. He studied art at Hope Academy and now spends most of his time in Cincinnati, Ohio, and parts of Kentucky. He was very happy, meeting new people, going to beach parties, etc.
