August 03, 2021 My first coaching lesson with Monique had been planned for some time. I honestly just had no clue what to expect though. She mentioned it would be challenging, it would force me to really look at myself and how my personal life (which I told her was a hot mess) reflected itself in my business. She was determined to work with my on changing my mindset without fully knowing what she was working with. I knew her through a professional setting so was somewhat comfortable enough to get personal with her.

Life is full of difficult moments – whether it be times in which we feel overwhelmed by the sheer number of tasks we have to get through or are struggling with the feeling that our efforts don’t seem to be getting us to where we want to be very fast. Perhaps it seems like we get no time for ourselves, or alternatively, that nobody has any time for us, making us feel isolated and disconnected from those we care about. The Coronavirus Pandemic, for many of us, has accentuated these worries, bringing them to the forefront of our minds. If we aren’t mindful of this, we risk spiralling. I am sure 'Alag Nazariya' will motivate the readers says Abhishek Patel.
Abhishek Patel lives in Vadodara, Gujarat. He has done B.E Electrical. And then he went to Germany for Master of Science. Learned German language and then enrolled in a university. But later on when days passed, he realized that it was not something he would be immensely proud of doing and was not satisfying for him at all. So when he was left with only 4 subjects to deal with, he rather chose to leave masters degree and came back to India to become an author. It took him almost 2.5 years to understand the process of becoming the author. And finally he utilized the time of lockdown and wrote a book called “Alag Nazariya” of 51 poems. The book is available on every e-commerce sites. We recently had a chat with him, find out what he thinks of his book and things in general.

I originally wrote this for another Vocal Challenge but this is better fit! Im an all around artist and I'm passionate about liberating our world through arts and media. If I had to choose, I couldn't check one box on the list of my favorite things to do. Instead I choose the last box "All the Above".
