How to buy property in Dominica?
As of late, the Caribbean island of Dominica has seen a flood of outsiders purchasing property. While some contend that this is great for the economy, others stress the effect on the neighborhood real estate market. All in all, might outsiders at any point purchase property in Dominica?

Scared in Nicaragua
I remember last year when I finally arrived in Nicaragua. It was the first time I had been to my home country since my family left when I was 3. I first noticed how ancient the airport seemed; there was no air conditioning or anything. This was my first time going to Nicaragua since arriving when I was a child, so these things were new to me as I was more accustomed to the US.

The WSJ is NOT Journalism - Here's why.
This article is in reply to [some of] the WSJ documentary on the future of global trade and the global supply chain. To reply to the entire thing will take more than one article because I couldn't get two minutes into it without already identifying a slew of propaganda, and claims that were either incorrect, dangerous, or terrifying.

A New Adventure Begins
I'm about to embark on a new journey, one that will take me to greater heights and new opportunities. I have been avoiding the possibility of going to school for over a decade now, but the time has come for me to embrace this new challenge. I have the mountain in my sights. It stands majestic and imposing. Its goading call reaches me on a powerful wind which threatens to deafen me with its summoning might. But I do not bend, oh no. I do not obey.

Back to Reality
What happens when you return from a few days out of town? Does the suitcase stay in the car for a week? Or does your luggage make its way to a corner of your home and get ignored for a few more days? My routine is fairly consistent unless the drive is a lot longer than anticipated. Generally I like to knock all the tedious work out of the way beforehand. It probability is high that I will need to return to work the day after I arrive home from any type of trip out of town. This little routine has kept me from letting home turn into a mess.

Temecula Weekend
I have never been wine tasting anywhere. I live in California, where one can head up to Napa, Ventura, Paso Robles or Temecula and that is just to name a few. I confess I am not an avid wine drinker. There I have said it and it feels great to finally get that off my chest. I was married to a professional, honest to goodness man educated in the field of Culinary Arts and no matter how many times it was brought home or paired with the meal, I can honestly say I only drank it because there was no other form of alcohol in the house. Flash forward several years and I am now on the cusp of a weekend in Temecula wine tasting and I have no clue what to expect. Comedy at its finest to say the least.

Pattananikom School
My alarm rang. I threw the synthetic, translucent blanket from my bed and arched my back to upward to the ceiling as if in a yoga position. My bed was uncomfortable as hell, and I don’t mean in any normal sense. Every morning I would awake with a cramp so bad that it would cause me to flail around like a flapping, caged goose. Laying back down, I leaned against the wall and grabbed my phone from the floor. I had an iPhone 4s – it was a cool model, at the time. I thought so, at least. As I did every morning, I opened the Clash of Clans app and checked out what was happening. We had been invaded. The whole place was fucking trashed. That was what I got for using exclusively goblins in my army. I was stubborn, though – goblins are fucking cool. I didn’t care if they weren’t the strongest creatures in the world – I was going to use them.
