Morning Affirmations Meditation | 15 min guided meditation
Affirmations are a powerful & accessible way to practice energy healing.

Welcome to your morning affirmations guided meditation.
I’m so excited for you to receive this practice. But there’s one thing I want to address before we jump into our meditation. What are affirmations? And why do they matter?
Affirmations are a powerful & accessible way to practice energy healing. Popular in the world of manifestation, affirmations help create a positive mindset. In the spiritual community, mindset is everything. You may have heard the phrase "your thoughts create your reality." That's essentially the power behind affirmations.
Not to be confused with mantras, affirmations are positive, declarative statements. Mantras are universal codes encased in repetitive chants. With affirmations, the power is in the words being stated. With mantras, the power is the energetic & audial vibration of the words.
So when you use affirmations, you're reaffirming the existence you'd like to see to yourself. If you remember to tell yourself every day: "I am grateful for everything I have," it will eventually become part of your nature to exist in a state of gratitude.
For today’s meditation, I’ll be giving you some powerful affirmations that you can use first thing in the morning. How we spend our morning has a huge effect on how the rest of our day goes. So with these morning affirmations, we’re prepping ourselves to have an awesome day where we prioritize and take care of ourselves.
To get started with this practice, bring yourself to a comfortable and intentional space. I would recommend taking some time before this to full wake up - brush your teeth, wash your face - and then come to your meditation space. There's an act of ritual here, so take your time and see if you can actually enjoy taking care of yourself in the morning.
Then as you're ready, come to a comfortable seated position in your sacred space. If you'd like, you can light some candles or light some incense to help you set the mood. Get in the habit of making everything around you a ritual. And you're on your way to a life of mindfulness!
I hope that you’ll be able to use this practice as a daily ritual of alignment and intention.
Meditation for Beginners
If you’re totally new to meditation - that’s great! I’m so excited you’re here. It’s really not hard, and you don’t have to worry about trying to do it “right.” The best advice I can give for beginners is to just let go. As you follow my instructions in the recording don’t worry too much about how or if you’re doing it right, instead just let whatever happens, happen.
If you lose track of the meditation and your thoughts take over you, that’s ok. Just come back to the recording whenever you notice your attention has drifted. Be kind to yourself, and simply come back to the practice.
For your meditation, set yourself up in a position that feels comfortable. You could be seated on the floor, in a chair, or even lying down. Make sure you’re comfortable, but also that you can still remain alert. The meditation included below is best enjoyed with headphones so that you can remain undistracted and fully immersed in your meditative experience.
After you’re finished with your meditation, allow yourself to return to your daily activities slowly and with intention. Remember that with ritual practices, there is no right or wrong. It’s all about what feels best to you and what’s going to help you feel most nurtured.
