Fitness is a billion-dollar industry — with the global sports nutrition market projected to surpass $85 billion by 2030 — yet many consumers are still left frustrated by products that don’t deliver. The supplement shelves are crowded, influencer endorsements are everywhere, and flashy promises dominate the landscape.

But for Hamzeh Kassab, Toronto-based fitness entrepreneur and founder of Move Weight, the solution isn’t more hype — it’s more honesty. And in 2025, he’s doubling down with a bold expansion that includes free pre-workout samples, limited-edition apparel drops, and what he calls a “category-defining protein supplement” launching in Spring 2026.

“We’re not just selling products,” Kassab says. “We’re building trust.”

Breaking Away from the Noise

Like many great ideas, Move Weight began with frustration. Kassab, who left high school early to support his father’s manufacturing business, turned to fitness as a personal outlet. As he became more immersed in the fitness world, he quickly noticed a recurring problem: the majority of supplements were either underdosed, packed with fillers, or over-marketed and under-delivered.

“There’s a huge gap between what people are sold and what actually works,” he explains. “And nobody’s taking accountability for it.”

In 2017, he launched Move Weight to challenge those industry norms — a brand built on science-backed ingredients, functional apparel, and transparency-first messaging.

Now, with the company’s growing success, Kassab is taking things to a new level.

A New Chapter Begins

With the success and growth of the Move Weight brand, Kassab launched a new website in March 2025 that brings both simplicity and substance to the customer experience. One of the standout features: free pre-workout samples, available in any of the brand’s flagship flavors.Move Weight’s flagship pre-workout flavors — Moon Drop, Kryptonite, and Blood Orange — are formulated for strength, endurance, and recovery in every scoop

“You shouldn’t have to guess whether something works. You should feel it,” Kassab says.

This “try-before-you-buy” model is rare in the supplement space — and for Kassab, that’s the point. “If you believe in what you’ve built, you should be confident enough to let people try it with no barriers.”

The pre-workout formula includes creatine, BCAAs, and clean, effective ingredients — all fully dosed, with no proprietary blends or hidden fillers.

Move Weight’s upcoming expansion also includes limited-edition athletic apparel, set to drop every few months in small batches. Designed for functionality, durability, and real training, the pieces reflect the brand’s no-fluff philosophy.

“We don’t just stamp a logo on a shirt,” Kassab says. “Everything is performance-tested, built to last, and created with intention.”

Looking Ahead: The Future of Protein

While the 2025 relaunch is already generating excitement, the brand’s biggest leap is set for Spring 2026: the debut of a first-of-its-kind protein supplement that Kassab believes will raise the bar for the entire industry.

“This isn’t a rebrand of what’s already out there,” he says. “We’re engineering something from the ground up — a protein innovation that’s smarter, more effective, and cleaner than anything on the market today.”

Though details remain under wraps, Kassab’s focus is on delivering a product that’s as trustworthy as it is transformative. “People deserve to know exactly what they’re putting into their bodies — and they deserve to get results from it.”

Fitness That Puts People First

Beyond products, Kassab’s mission is to reshape the mindset of fitness culture — steering it away from shortcuts, filters, and fads, and back toward discipline, honesty, and self-respect.

He’s been openly critical of influencer marketing that promotes unrealistic outcomes or misleading products. “If you don’t use it yourself, don’t sell it,” he says.

Kassab sees fitness not just as a physical transformation but a mental one. “When you take your health seriously, it builds confidence. It teaches discipline. And when you start showing up for yourself, that carries into every part of your life.”

This belief is what fuels Move Weight’s deeper mission — to empower a global community of people who are chasing better, not perfection.

A Movement, Not Just a Brand

From free samples and limited drops to a revolutionary protein launch, Kassab’s approach goes beyond the products on the shelf. It’s about building something that lasts — a brand people can trust, and a movement people want to be part of.

“Anyone can sell supplements,” he says. “But if you can build something that genuinely improves someone’s health, confidence, and mindset — that’s when it becomes something bigger.”
