Though the festive season is filled with parties; it can also be filled with stress like family obligations, financial stress, and social obligations.

So, if you want to enjoy the festive season more; it is time to be mindful and take better care of yourself.

Of course, the season tends to be filled with a lot of things to do. However, you can make a few small changes in your daily life to take better care of yourself.
