Berry attack

Berrie's are the best part of summer vacation,

especially when you are 8 years old and go to your summer home- secretly a trailer park

but who cares? when you had everything- hills for flying down on your bike, beaches and small islands swim distance, and the best part- trails.

trails that led to bushes- bushes of berries.

bring small baskets for this small hike to collect enough berries to snack- which was way too much- which was fine because that meant blackberry and blueberry pie.

mom would look at us- baskets full of berries and our hands and faces are blue and purple from the berries - took us to farms with strawberries

had enough berries for weeks; barely last a week
