DISTRACTION SPELLS THE WAY
PURSUING DISTRACTION TO FIND ZEN

Distractions, from a task at hand, help define regular patterns and irregularities. Distractions can lead to constructing the details of desired outcomes. Differences, between expectations and observations of what is desired, can lead to suffering. Detach. Dissociate from delusions of unfulfilled desires. Dare to discover what is disclosed by dancing with distraction, where frustrating limits are left behind.
.
Intention can inspire and confine creativity, depending on illusions, of what some call reality. Intuition intricately integrates intelligence without interfering with instinct, then illuminates the journey of the living, and destination of the dead, that follows infinite invisible paths that wind.
.
Surrender helps the seed, of a sacred spirit, survive. Stems join leaf, root, flower, water, air, and earth with fire. Separateness ends in the stillness of the moment that evokes the senses. Synchronicities appear, as controlled accidents, suggesting they are divinely designed.
.
Trust that all things and humans naturally find an order beyond traditions. Thunderous silence spontaneously occurs when art, labour and nature, joy and purposeless play, time and space are aligned.
.
Reality is relative. Release rigid associations. Regressions of automatic cybernetic systems of control brew in the quiescent time. Revelations show regulated solutions, often cause problems, to which we are blind.
.
Awaken, be aware. Assume the courage to let go. Ancient authorities advise, authentic happiness is found by embracing joy and sorrow. Associations are illusions, part of a self-correcting, absurd, double bind. Attachment to what is imagined, can actualize despair. Accept love is an unmoved mover, with the art of artlessness. Attempt to be kind.
.
Concentrate. Completely view understanding, with compassion, not conflict. Contemplate the conditioning from social conventions, regardless of consequence. Consider the mind is and is not form, as energies are cramped, flowing, and combined.
.
Train. Thought and no thought, tends to come and go without effort. Theoretically each human has grown without purpose, from abstractions of the memories and anticipation of the future, that disappear in the moment, when the miraculous present appears, naturally refined.
.
Infinite possibilities exist, without interruption or separation. Imagine, with peaceful neutrality, and work without effort, to integrate the physical heart and the spirit to the universe and all of mankind.
.
Open yourself to accept opportunities, without blocking or choice. Objectively observe as obtuse thoughts come and go and decisions and action simultaneously arise. Obstacles are removed instantaneously, or gradually, by the original nature, the mastermind.
.
Non-judgement, releases expectations. Nature's middle way is discovered when distractions, that come to pass, relate contrasting, connected experiences. Notions of peace are found when non-existent opposites, with assumed limits, hold jewelled reflections of each other. Not having or having mind, body, soul, self or reason, pain or joy, matter or energy, fullness or the void, ignorance or knowledge, giver, or receiver, are mutually inseparable, connected, related, interdependent, concepts, deeply entwined.
About the Creator
Katherine D. Graham
My stories usually present facts, supported by science as we know it, that are often spoken of in myths. Both can help survival in an ever-changing world.
