Escape

This is a series of short sonnets based on suggestions by Vocal friends. I will include a suitable video as well.

The challenge is “give me a subject and five words and I will try and create a sonnet”.

Subject: Escape

Words: Mind, Lost, Chocolate, Tape, Autumn

I’m losing my mind

I’m feeling so lost

The way I can’t find

I feel like a ghost

֎

There is no way out

But I must Escape

Only Chocolate

To eat, What’s My Fate?

Now I am sustained

I break out , there’s sun

The weather is rain

Leaves fall it's Autumn

I think I’ve Escaped

But was caught on tape
