Baby steps of the inept
won't get you over that edge.
Open your eyes, the ones that cry-
self-pity crowds that ledge.

Tears can't jump over that hump,
the one you dare to climb.
Clipped wings, silent dreams,
hinders the want to thrive.

Find a risk and take it!
But no one is looking.

Borrow some strength and fly!
I can't afford to.

The days and weeks

Life is but a test
Not for the weak

Silver I know the majority of people find the behavior and subsequent massive cover-up revealed through the Epstein Files to be some of the most morally reprehensible actions possible. I remember, returning from our orientation after having been elected speaker of the house in our regional student congress, having a panic attack. As I approached the door to our chamber/classroom I remember telling myself, "Just pretend you know what you're doing." We had a great time!
